Conference Registration Rates & Information
- Conference registration includes admission to sessions, breakfast, lunch, and breaks
- Regular attendee registration is $100 per person
- Late attendee registration is $125 per person and begins at 8am on April 17, 2019
- Online registration closes at midnight on April 19, 2019
- Online American Express payments cannot be accepted. Please choose the Credit Card option and then contact W&M Conference Services (1-800-249-0179) to process American Express payments over the phone. Other payment options accepted are MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
- Onsite registration will be available on the day of the conference. Payment options will be cash or check, only, and printed name tags will not be available.
Cancellation Policy: A refund will only be issued to individuals who withdraw from the event seven days prior to the event date. Refunds will be issued, less a $35.00 service charge. The refund may take up to 30 days to process.

Checks should be made payable to W&M Conference Services (Federal ID # 54-6001718). All checks must be in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. Once payment is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation showing a zero balance.
