The 2024 Virginia Sea Grant Symposium is a professional development conference for students, mentors, researchers, and professionals who are interested in learning more about marine and coastal related careers, research, educational programs, and leadership. Participants will take part in professional development workshops and seminars, hear from celebrated guest speakers, and engage in meaningful networking sessions. The conference will host competitions for TED-like talks and poster presentations. Breakout session topics will include science communication, innovative design for resilient communities, team science, and science education literacy. Undergraduate students, graduate students, and professionals can all take the next step on their path to success with Virginia Sea Grant!

Ocean Level Sponsor: $1,500

Bay Level Sponsor: $1,000
- Includes one full registration (2-days + networking reception), table space for the entire, half-page ad in our program, one additional reception ticket for our Thursday night networking reception, logo advertisements on the website, digital and print materials, name/logo on marketing emails and announcements.
Student Sponsor: $900
- Includes five full registration (2-days); four out of the five registrations must be students.

Registration Cancellation Information:
Cancellation of registration must be received in writing to wmconf@wm.edu by 11.59pm on September 9, 2024 Refunds for cancellations received on or before September 10, 2024 will be charged a $50 processing fee. Tickets are non-transferable.
