Exhibit Space: 8’ x 10’ floor space w/ 6 foot draped table, 2 chairs and access to one 110v plug:

Complimentary Registrations include: admission to all sessions; Friday evening reception; Saturday breakfast; Saturday lunch; and coffee breaks

Base Rate $300

An additional vendor representative can be added for $90.

The exhibit space can be doubled for an additional $200.

    Cancellation Policy:

    Cancellations must be received in writing prior to November 1, to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after November 1, 2017. Substitutions are permitted without penalty, but appropriate name and contact information must be provided to the Office of Conference Services at wmconf@wm.edu by November 1, 2017.
