All registration types include admission to all sessions and events, boxed lunches on Friday and Saturday, an opening reception on Friday evening, buffet dinner on Saturday evening, and coffee service throughout the Symposium.

Registration Fees Per Person:
General Registration: $250
Student Registration: $150
Guest / Spouse Registration: $100
Panel Organizer: $150
On-site registration will be $275 per person - Payment for onsite registrations can be made by credit card or check on the first day of the conference, November 8th. 

Payment Options

Credit Card Payments: MasterCard, Visa, AMEX and Discover are accepted. If paying by credit card, you will be redirected to our payment gateway and receive confirmation of payment.

Checks: Please print a copy of your registration confirmation, attach to your check made payable to William & Mary, and mail to:

Registration Cancellation Information:
Cancellations must be received in writing to wmconf@wm.edu. No refunds will be offered after the registration close date (Nov. 1) and full payment will be due. Cancellations received prior to the registration close date (Nov. 1) are subject to a $100 administrative fee.
