Fall 2022 Registration

Enrollment for Fall 2022 classes remains open through November 30, 2022. Registration for all classes is now on a
first come, first served basis.  

    Membership Rate Information:

    • The Fall 2022 registration fees are:
      • $150 for Regular Membership and includes up to 8 courses and unlimited one-time lectures (including the Town & Gown Virtual Lecture Series) and activities.  Regular Members may also register and pay an additional fee for special event trips. 
      • $50 for Associate Membership and includes the Town & Gown Virtual Lecture Series (consists of 6 lectures).  Associate Members may also register and pay an additional fee for special event trips.
    • Please make your membership type choice and the appropriate membership will automatically be added to your cart as a part of the registration process.  Based on your membership type, the registration system will allow access to courses, one-time lectures, Town & Gown Lecture Series, activities, and special event trips.  You will be prompted to pay at the end of the registration process, following your course request selection process.

    Payment Information:

    • Payment may be made securely online at the end of the registration process through TouchNet. When you click on "Finish Registration", you'll choose your payment method and be redirected to the payment gateway. You may pay using American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

    Discount Codes:

    • If you have been issued a discount code (for example, instructor teaching at least 6 hours in a session or the recipient of a gift certificate or scholarship), please enter the discount code exactly as you have received it (the code is case sensitive) in the box that asks you to "Apply a Coupon Code" before you click "Finish Registration". You will see your cart total update according the corresponding discount you have received.

    Cancellation Information:

    • Please note that the Osher Institute at William & Mary fees are membership fees. They are used to cover overall expenses of operating our lifelong learning program in a given semester and are not directly related to the number of courses you may take (i.e., there are no "per course" fees, and therefore, no "per course" refunds). Members are free to register for open courses at any time, even after the semester begins.
    • Special Events offered this fall are non-refundable.  Please keep in mind that these are first-come, first-served and that no refunds are available should you wish to cancel.  If the special event you are interested in is full, feel free to email osher@wm.edu to be placed on a waitlist.  You will be notified by the office if a space becomes available.
    • The deadline for a refund of the membership fee is the first day of the session. For Fall 2022, the refund deadline is September 12, 2022 at 8am. A $10 processing fee will be deducted from all Regular Membership refunds and a $5 processing fee will be deducted from all Associate Membership refunds. Please send a written request with a brief explanation of why you are cancelling to osher@wm.edu.
