The Twenty-Fourth Annual Omohundro Institute Conference will convene at our home base in Williamsburg, Virginia, on the campus of the William & Mary.  Please use this site to register for the following:

  •      On-Campus Lodging (single and double occupancy) in W&M Residence Halls
  •      Breakfast & Lunch Meal Plans in the Sadler Center (same location as the conference sessions)

Registration is available via this site until 8pm on June 12, 2018.  After that time, registrations for campus lodging and meal plans will be honored on a space available basis by calling 1-800-249-0179 or 757-221-4084.  Meal plans may also be purchased on site at the Sadler Center Information Desk.  All on-site sales are final, no refunds are available for cancellation or unused lodging nights or meals.

Credit Card Payments:

Payment may be made using MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. If you pay by credit card, you will be redirected to our payment gateway and receive confirmation of payment. Should you need to pay by Am Ex, please call 757-221-4084 or email wmconf@wm.edu for assistance.

Checks should be made payable to W&M Conference Services (Federal ID # 54-6001718). All checks must be in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. Once payment is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation showing a zero balance.

Housing Cancellation Policy:

No refunds are available for cancellation after May 31, 2018 at 11.59pm. Cancellations prior to that time will be charged for the first night's room fee (single or double occupancy based upon your order).  All cancellations must be received in writing to wmconf@wm.edu.

Meal Plan Cancellation Policy:

No refunds are available for cancellation of meal plan packages or additional meals ordered after May 31, 2018 at 11.59pm. Cancellations prior to that time will be charged a one-time processing fee of $15. All cancellations must be received in writing to wmconf@wm.edu.
