Conference Registration

Conference registration is $25, and includes admission to the conference proceedings on Friday, April 21 and Saturday, April 22, continental breakfast and lunch on Saturday and all refreshment breaks. Registration fee will be waived for current William & Mary students.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Your conference fee can be refunded on or before April 14 by contacting the Office of the Provost at provost@wm.edu. Cancellations after April 14 will not be refunded. All refunds will be processed after the conference.

In the unlikely event that this conference is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, the university will not refund registration fees and cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
