Registration Information:

Join us in Newport News, Virginia on November 10-11, 2023 for the Virginia Aquaculture Conference. Please select "Register Now" and complete the information to register for the conference. Please note, registration is not complete until payment is received. Payment options are credit card or check. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of payment received.

Registration includes admission to all sessions, trade show, Friday evening reception, breaks and all meals (Friday night reception, Saturday breakfast, and lunch). Guest tickets for the Friday evening reception can be purchased at the time of registration or added later by contacting William and Mary Conference Services at
wmconf@wm.edu or 800-249-0179.

Rates:

$100 until October 11 (midnight)

$135 October 12 – November 3 (midnight)

$165 at the event (payable by check or credit card)

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be received in writing prior to October 2, 2023 to be eligible for a refund minus an administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after October 2, 2023. Substitutions are permitted without penalty, but appropriate name and contact information must be provided to the Office of Conference Services at wmconf@wm.edu by October 2, 2023.
