Registration Information:

Join us in Newport News, Virginia on January 7-8 for the 2022 Virginia Aquaculture Conference. Please select "Register Now" and complete the information to register for the conference. Please note, registration is not complete until payment is received. Payment options are credit card or check. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of payment received.

Registration includes admission to all sessions, trade show, Friday evening reception, breaks and all meals (Friday night reception, Saturday hot breakfast, Saturday lunch). Guest tickets for the Friday evening reception can be purchased at the time of registration or added later by contacting William and Mary Conference Services at
wmconf@wm.edu or 800-249-0179.

Early conference registration is available until December 7 at the rate of $100 per registration. Beginning December 8, all online registration rates increase to $135 per registration so don't delay!

We do not offer student discounts or partial day registrations. Online registrations ends January 3, 2022 at 9am. Onsite registration is available at the rate of $165 and payments can be made by cash, check or credit card.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be received in writing prior to December 7, 2021 to be eligible for a refund minus a $10 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after December 7, 2021. Substitutions are permitted without penalty, but appropriate name and contact information must be provided to the Office of Conference Services at wmconf@wm.edu by December 7, 2021.
