Registration information:

Registration includes admission to all sessions, trade show, Friday evening reception, Saturday breakfast, Saturday lunch and coffee breaks. Guest tickets for the Friday evening reception can be purchased at the time of registration or added later by contacting William and Mary Conference Services at wmconf@wm.edu or 800-249-0179.

Registration for the conference is $90.00 on or before October 17 and $110.00 from October 17 to November 16. Online registration will be available until November 9. After November 9, registration will be at the door. Online payments will be accepted in the form of check, credit card or purchase order.

We do not offer student discounts or partial day registrations. On-site registration is available at the rate of $110 and payments can be made by cash, check or credit card.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be received in writing prior to November 1, to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after November 1, 2017. Substitutions are permitted without penalty, but appropriate name and contact information must be provided to the Office of Conference Services at wmconf@wm.edu by November 1, 2017.
