VASG is excited to bring together graduate students from across the Commonwealth with an interest in coastal and marine disciplines for a daylong research and professional development symposium designed to spark scientific and professional imaginations, highlight cutting-edge graduate research, and expand professional networking channels.

Registration fee $50 includes food and beverage, program, and access to facility amenities.  Advance registration for the Symposium is required.  Payment may be made online directly through the registration system by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted) or you may choose to pay by check.  Checks should be made payable to "The College of William & Mary" and mailed to:

Hotel information: A special group rate available.  Book your hotel room here. You may reserve additional dates by calling the hotel directly at 804-727-1400 and asking for the Virginia Sea Grant Graduate Symposium group block. Reservations must be made by January 15, 2018 to guarantee the group rate of $124 per night.

Cancellation Information:
All refund requests must be made in writing by fax (757-221-2090) or emailed to wmconf@wm.edu . Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment less $7.90 processing fees. The last day cancellations will be accepted for refund is January 5, 2018. Cancellations made on or after January 6, 2018 will not be refunded.
